Meet The Founder
From the National health service to your home in Dubai.
The BritNurse was founded by Kirsty Griffin, a UK-trained nurse who has dedicated her career to caring for people from all walks of life. After qualifying in the United Kingdom and spending years working within the NHS, Kirsty moved to Dubai and recognised a gap in community healthcare services.
Having worked both in hospitals and within patients' homes, she saw first-hand that many individuals needed more than just treatment — they needed continuity, support, education, and an advocate they could trust.
Inspired by the district nursing model she knew from the UK, Kirsty set out to create a service that would bring high-quality healthcare directly to people's homes — while helping them focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term health.
